These dyes are awesome, unlike the dyes found in the supermarket, it takes a very small amount and they stain well! The gel texture does not alter the consistency of the dough in contrast to the dyes in liquids. I already had a silicone baking mat but the quality was much worse and after 6 months it has started sticking... I don't know what that is going to give this one the time but a priori it looks much better and the box is nice. In any case cooking my quiche was almost perfect... Good product, however the plastic pouch is difficult to use because the dough has cabbage spring even with the clamp. You can sometimes find them less expensive in specialty shops but it is anyway interesting at this price. I was really happy at the idea of getting these out-weighed the parts, but the use has been a nightmare!!! I had made a beautiful cake I was missing more than flakes for that it is perfect, and disaster!! The dough sugar stuck to the punch, I spent more than 2 hours to make 6 unhappy small flakes.... Very poor quality!! Received suuper fast! Consistent quality and packaging that protects the product.
